High Season - £615 per week
20th Dec 2025 - 3rd Jan 2026 & 31st Jan 2026 - 7th March 2026
Mid Season - £495.00 per week
Outside the above dates: Low Season - £345.00 per week

An additional breakages/cleaning deposit of £150.00 is payable. This will be refunded assuming no significant breakages/damage and no additional cleaning is needed.

Cleaning: We rely on our guests to treat the property as their own, leaving it in a clean and tidy condition, as they would wish to find it. An apartment check and one hour's cleaning is included in the price. However, if additional cleaning is required the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit.

Prices include electricity and heating.

Discounts will be applied for bookings longer than 7 nights. (10% for over 7 nights, 15% for over 14 nights)
Please note that booking via the calendar runs from 14.00 Saturday to 10.00 Saturday in high season.

Outside High Season, bookings of a minimum of 3 nights can be made via the calendar.
